At Daily Abaya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer returns or exchanges in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Sale, clearance, or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
3. Ship the product back to the provided address using a trackable courier service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items without original packaging or tags
• Customized or altered products
